SHOES

If you order shoes and do not need the box please add so in the comments box and we will refund any difference in shipping/postage payment - boxes are usually quite heavy and so having shoes sent without can make a difference especially if you like outside the UK

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept debit and credit cards which are processed by Protx securely online, Paypal. Nochex, UK cheques, postal orders and cash - GBP, US$ and euros

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to ship within 7 days of receiving payment although most orders placed at the weekend or beginning of the week are sent a lot sooner . If an order takes longer than 14 days to send after having received payment we will contact you. Please allow up to 14 days for us to ship the order (although this is rarely the case)

POSTAGE

The amount charged will depend on the weight of the order. We include insurance for free. Packaging and handling is also charged hence it is better to order more than one item at a time if several items are needed

If you require tracking and your order is not being sent via special delivery or courier (ie most smaller orders) please contact us via comments box at checkout as tracking can always be arranged for a small additional cost

To calculate postage check your basket and click on continue - you will then be able to determine what options are available to you without having to checkout or pay. Postage is not refunded if an item is returned or refunded

All orders are sent using an insured method. Over £36 and up to £56 we may split the order in to two parcels, send parcelforce with insurance or send via special delivery depending on the weight of the order.

If free postage is received then this will be for the cheapest method possible. If you wish to upgrade to a faster method please contact us as this can always be arranged

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you would prefer surface mail this is approx half the cost of airmail rates quoted but generally takes 6-8 weeks. Please select SECOND CLASS postage. Please be advised that the speed of delivery is not guaranteed and by selecting this shipping method you accept that your order could take up to 10 weeks to arrive
