1. General Terms
1.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
1.2 We only accept credit card payment for orders which are either insured for the full amount or that are sent via special delivery. For Royal mail deliveries to North America we send higher value orders by Signed for delivery. Other orders are sent via regular airmail (first class) or Surface mail (second class)
Please allow 6 weeks for airmail (usually takes 1-2 weeks) and 10 weeks for surface mail (usually takes 6-8 weeks)
Uk orders please allow 15 working days for first class from date of posting.
We aim to process orders within 7 days of receipt.
Orders paid for by credit card can only be sent to the card's billing address or a work address. For regular customers of good standing we will consider sending elsewhere
1.3 ALL our stock is brand new - some items have part tags or no tags (and by tags we mean the removable paper ones that hang from the outside and NOT the internal stitched in cloth ones which are ALWAYS there!). If paper tags are essential to you please contact us before ordering. We DO NOT deal with shops that remove or cut the inside cloth tags as we know how important it is to have these intact inside!
Our cheaper items are cheap because we wish to clear them quickly and have nothing wrong with them unless stated. However, these items are mainly sold at less than cost price and may have been stored in warehouses before arriving at us. Faults that we notice are listed in the description - we do not buy faulty stock but some items arrive with faults. If you notice a fault not listed in the description please notify us in the first instance
1.4 Due to the nature of past season stock some items do not come with external paper shop tags - but we can assure you that all items here are 100% brand new. If a removable tag is important to you please contact us before ordering
1.5 In the event that an item ordered is not available we will offer you a refund or item/credit for a higher value than the item ordered. Most items in stock are limited to one of each
2. Ordering
2.1 Please see the Order page for information on how to place an order. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.2 On placing an order via our website you should receive a copy of your order with order number. Please keep this safe. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us
2.3 All orders receiving a wholesale discount and all orders placed for wholesale job lots are considered business to business transactions and are therefore not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. Please see the Wholesale information page for full details of terms and conditions regarding these orders
2.3 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and refunds).
3. Delivery
3.1 We deliver to most countries. If you register and your country of residence is not listed then please contact us for details. We do not accept orders from certain countries - for example, Nigeria and parts of Indonesia.
3.2 Delivery charges are based on weight of order and class of postage selected.
3.3 Risk of loss and damage of items passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
3.4 International customers -All orders are marked as gifts and contain no invoice - However should customs intercept your parcel we are not liable for any customs duty. This happens very very rarely. Should you not accept the parcel and return it to us we will refund the cost of the order but not the original shipping cost nor the cost of returning the order to us.
3.5 If a parcel is returned to us for any reason - eg not collected or unable to be delivered - then we can resend to you if further postage is paid by you. This will be for the exact amount it costs to send. If you would prefer a refund then postage costs will be deducted from the refund. If these postage costs are higher than the amount we charged you then the higher amount will be deducted.
3.6 We accept no responsibility for the amount of time the Post Office takes to deliver your order once sent. For International orders second class postage means surface mail and this takes 6-8 weeks on average with no guaranteed delivery date. If you accept this method of postage then please ensure that you can wait this long for your order.
We make every effort to deliver goods within a week of receiving your order. Delays such as holidays will be noted on the website. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
3.7 We deliver to the address given by you when placing the order. If paying by card then your address must be the card's billing address. If paying by paypal the address will be the one given to us by paypal (you can add a gift address if wanted to your paypal account)
Failure to provide the billing address will usually result in a delay in sending your order.
3.8 Free UK mainland postage is offered for all orders over £100. If an item ordered is not available or you return an item causing the net value of the order to fall below £100 then an alternative will be offered. If you do not wish to choose an alternative/replacement item then postage will become payable at a rate of £14.99 towards initial courier costs
4. Payment
4.1 We usually take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the items, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
4.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. The following exception applies: While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Likewise, if postage is miscalculated due to selection the wrong country of residence at registration we will give you the option of paying the correct amount of postage or of cancelling your order
4.3 Payment can be made by any method specified here - UK debit card, Visa. Mastercard, cash (-GBP, Euros or US$), Postal Order, Bank Transfer, paypal or cheque.
4.4 Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
4.5 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless stated otherwise
4.6 Postage must be selected at checkout by updating the cart. If postage is not selected then we will charge you for this separately before sending your order
5. Returns, cancellations
5.1 We comply with the Distance selling regulations. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to our Returns section.
5.2 All sizes and measurements, if listed, are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible and resize garments if we consider the tag size to be inaccurate
5.3 Should you wish to return an item please contact us in writing (email or letter) before doing so within 7 working days following receipt of the item. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent, free of smoke smells, pet hairs or stains. Items that are returned in an unfit state will not be accepted. Items remain your property until they reach us safely so it is up to you to ensure they are adequately insured. Please take time to read our returns policy. Return postage is at your expense
5.4 If free or reduced shipping is received and your order total falls below the offer amount then appropriate shipping costs will be payable in the event of a return. If you select an exchange then actual postage is payable on the replacement items but the free shipping offer remains If Free postage is received then the cost of sending any returned items will be deducted from any refund. The amount deducted for returned orders where free postage has been received and the order then falls below the level required to gain free postage is £14.99.
5.5 Please read our returns information page. please bear in mind that we are a small low profit making company and relisting items is very time consuming. It is always better to email us with any questions about an item before ordering. We don't mind, won't bite and are quite friendly really!
5.6 There are no returns allowed on wholesale orders since these are sold at very cheap prices. If you wish to purchase wholesale and have the option to return items please order as normal - most of our items have 50-90% off RRP. Please see the wholesale order page for more details of offers for Wholesale orders. We will of course refund or replace faulty items (unless they are listed as such before sending)
You may exchange faulty goods. Please check orders on receipt. We will consider all orders ro be accepted 48 hours after receipt.If you wish to return items then please order as normal as a retail customer and you will not be bound by our Wholesale Terms and Conditions
6. Misc
6.1 The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
6.2 We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 To provide increased value to our customers, we may provide links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that, as you have chosen to enter the linked website we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not review or endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for (i) the privacy practices of such websites, (ii) the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources or (iii) the use to which others make of these websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services available on such external websites or resources.
7. Wholesale Orders
7.1 Wholesale orders are treated as a business to business transaction.
7.2 There are no returns allowed on Wholesale orders. If you wish to return items please place a retail order
7.3 We will replace or exchange faulty items with goods of the same or higher value
7.4 Wholesale orders where the customer selects the items themself are deemed to be custom orders. If the order is cancelled prior to sending and the order has been sorted ready to send then 10% of the order value is payable to cover the time spent sorting the order
7.5 Prior to sorting custom orders we require a deposit equal to 10% of the order value. This may be by depositing card details or full payment by paypal, bank transfer, Nochex or by cheque. This will be refunded if the order is sent and paid for
7.6 Wholesale orders receive free uk mainland postage for orders over £800. For orders under £800 postage is payable at £15 per box sent to Mainland UK (we aim to fit in 1-2 boxes) and smaller orders at a max of £10 (often less if courier or special delivery not needed)
International and non mainland UK orders receive a discount of £10 off all orders over £800
